Free Return or Exchange Within 14 Days
Products that were received damaged, defective, or not as described can be exchanged or returned at no charge within 14 days of delivery.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
1. Products that the customer checked before receiving.
2. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

B. Swimwear
C. Sleepwear
D. Socks

Refund Within 15 Business Days
- After inspecting the returned products, we will issue a refund within seven business days.
- It may take up to 15 business days from the date you submit your return request to get your refund.
